the staff was super helpful, i needed extra towels and they brought them right away. breakfast was amazing, such good choices. location rocks! there's a bus stop just outside that takes you everywhere.
the room was a bit small, i wish there was more space for my luggage.

convenient location accommodating staff quiet room luggage storage
The location was very convenient, close to the bus stop and Pimlico metro station. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the elevator in the building. My room was quiet. They stored my luggage on my final day, very helpful.
